The Program

1. What is the License Agreement Renewals Program?

The License Agreement Renewals Program is an exclusive program for Microsoft Partners in Cloud Champion that sell license agreements to their customers.

The program gives you access to your customers’ licensing contract renewals inside your Cloud Champion account.

2. What’s in it for me?

The program shows your Licensing contract renewalss along with recommended training and resources to facilitate you renewing, up-selling and cross-selling to your existing customers with expiring licensing agreements.

3. What does it cost?

Participation in this program is free.

4. How can I participate?

A selection of companies were chosen to participate in the program. The legal representatives of these companies received a letter regarding participation.

If your company’s legal representative has not received any letter, but you would like to participate, please contact antti@cloudchampion.fi for more information.

Visibility

1. Who can see my customers’ Licensing contract renewals?

Access to your Licensing contract renewals is automatically granted to your company’s admins in Cloud Champion, and to the person that has activated the code.

2. How do I know who can see my Licensing contract renewals?

If you want to review who has access, please go to “My Account – Program Members”.

3. How do I grant or revoke access to colleagues?

Go to “My Account – Program Members”.

To grant someone access to see the renewals, simply check the Renewals option.

To revoke someone’s access to see the renewals, simply uncheck the Renewals option.

4. How do I request access?

Your company’s admin in Cloud Champion can give you access you granting you admin rights. Go to “My Account – Program Members” to see who this is.
